The longest stage of the whole Vuelta at 210.8 km, running along the Costa del Sol and finishing with the climb to Peñas Blancas above Estepona — a steady 19 km ascent. Officially classified as hilly, but with nearly 4,000 m of climbing and a summit finish, this will race like a mountain stage.
