180.4 km and 2,570 m of climbing, starting alongside the men in Brossard and passing through Carignan, Chambly and Richelieu before crossing the Samuel De Champlain Bridge into Montreal. The finale is eight laps of the same 13.4 km Mount Royal circuit the men ride twelve times — the Voie Camillien-Houde, the steep ramps of the Chemin de la Polytechnique, and the rising false flat of Avenue du Parc. Shorter than the men's race but proportionally just as selective, and with fewer laps to recover from a mistake.

A 180.4 km road race and 2,570 m of climbing. Repeated climbing rewards explosive riders who can still produce power after a long day.
